With its beautiful vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans, and windows all around, this home has a very expansive feel. It is energy efficient and comfortable from -30 to 110 degrees. It has closed-cell foam insulation, ½” wall & roof sheathing an LP furnace, baseboard heat, a high-efficiency A/C heat pump split system, and Low-E, thermopane windows with internal honeycomb shades. The vaulted ceiling, with ceiling fans and windows that open, allows you to control the temperature in any weather!
The Kitchen features maple cabinetry, a butcher block countertop, a deep stainless sink, and a designer faucet. The appliances are full size, with a 24” refrigerator, 21” stainless gas range plus microwave/vent hood. Hot water on demand with LP water heater.
This is the perfect tiny house for the one that doesn’t want to deal with stairs when going to bed. This beautiful 300 sq ft house has a master bedroom on the main floor with a queen-size mattress large storage cabinet, nightstand, and under bed storage. The windows around the bedroom create a cozy nook that also lets you stretch. The bedroom has high ceilings with ceiling fan, windows that open on 2 walls creating great ventilation, an emergency egress window and a maple sliding (barn) door.
In the bathroom there is a vanity with graystone countertop, a surprisingly roomy single bowl sink, There's a full 30 x 60 fiberglass tub /shower Toto toilet, low sound exhaust fan, a large mirror, LED lighting, & hardware, opening obscure glass window and a solid maple bathroom door. There is 1 sleeping/or storage loft above the bathroom with ladder.

It is on a custom ESCAPE steel trailer with 7,000 lb HD tandem axles, 10 ply radial tires, electric brakes, Hopkins break-away safety system, easy use leveling jacks, steel, rodent resistant belly. Class V hitch recommended, 2 5/16" ball required.
