I have lived in this tiny house for about 1.5 years and love it. I bought it for $88,000 and spent several thousand dollars by upgrading several things such as added window coverings, added a clothes dryer, added a 65" television, and added a screen door. I added a gas marine furnace so I would have another source of heat if the electric went out. One end is empty where you can put your own furniture. It is RIVA certified.
