We designed the space to have a larger living area that fits an apartment sized sofa, and multiple dining table options. Along the front wall there is an office desk with a coat closet to the side.
There is a galley kitchen with a farm house sink and tall utility faucet that all sits on butcher block counters. It has all stainless steel appliances. There is a three burner gas range with 22in oven and a 10.2 cf size fridge and freezer. The stairs double as a pantry/additional kitchen storage. Plus a custom built in spice rack.
There is a larger bathroom with 6ft x 2.5ft of closet area, a full size 36in x 36in standard stall shower with exposed shower hardware and rain head, white subway tile, and beautiful French corner doors. There is a top of the line composting toilet, hidden medicine cabinet, and powerful fan hidden behind vanity mirror.
There are two lofts on either end of the tiny house. One is a 3 ft deep storage loft, and the other is a 10 ft sleeping loft that will accommodate a king size bed, with just over 4ft of clearance. There is pine tongue and grove flooring with a shiplap accent wall with 2 reading lights, two beautiful skylights trimmed out in cedar.
The tiny house was built to be super efficient with all LED, recessed lighting. The primary heat source is a propane fireplace with wireless thermostat, and a tankless hot water heater that runs off propane as well.
