The tiny home is 8 x 27 interior/inside and 9 x 28 exterior/outside footprint. The electrical was completed by professional electricians and designed with minimal EMF output. Unique ultra quiet full house ventilation system with two 24/7 fans that run on DC electrical with a small solar battery. This allows continuous airflow and can be shut on or off depending on outdoor air quality. 100% wool insulation throughout entire house including floor, ceiling and walls. Interior walls and ceiling are Magnesium Oxide Cement Board which is fire safe, breathable and inert/non-toxic. There was no plywood used. All paints and sealants are zero VOC. Materials purchased but not yet installed come with the sale of the home include: all fans & stove hood, a few light fixtures, and lots of beautiful, unique and decorative reclaimed wood to use for interior furnishings. The exterior is reclaimed redwood siding, cedar shingles and a new corrugated metal roof. The exterior was initially hand cleaned and has a light coating of a weather sealant to protect the infrastructure. All reclaimed solid wood windows and door were washed, sanded and repainted.
