This lovely lady has been our project for the last few years. Now we are looking to find someone who wants to finish her up! She has a super solid, very well insulated floor- the R value is quite high. The whale-bone frame is hand cut and fit. The front door is hand-built, as are the window frames. The windows are Jeld-Wen double pane. The wall insulation needs to be finished (half done), then you are ready to finish out just how you want it. The cedar shingles are Grade 2, and are connected with medium crown stainless steel staples that have held up at 60mph. The roof is vented for proper air circulation. There is a rustic sleeping loft that can be finished out, and there is a rustic storage loft over the front door. There is an integrated breaker box on the back wall. The trailer is a custom tiny house trailer from Ronco in Vista, CA.
