The kitchen features a Baby Whale marine foot-powered faucet and large countertop with storage area beneath. The bathroom includes a shower with space allocated for a toilet or auxiliary storage. The windows are vinyl double-pane with opening sliders. A window AC unit is included. The siding is T1 -11. The house is protected with a steel roof.
The trailer is 8' X 20', the house is 8' X 16' with a 4' deck on the back.
