This beauty is from Tiny Homes ATX based out of Texas. It's current home is in Monrovia, California. This open space design allows for maximum use of every bit of space which is important in a tiny home. The original stairs didn't quite work for us so we had a custom staircase built that was more comfortable and functional. If you want to enjoy more space while hanging out below.. you can easily lift the steps out of the way and bring them back down when you're ready to use them. A secure ladder option has also been added by the smaller loft for added convenience. Several other changes have been made including additional cabinets and relocating the area for the refrigerator to behind the wall. The electric induction stove top that came with this unit was replaced with a 4 burner propane gas range due to the current electrical source provided by the lot that wasn't sufficient to handle the stove requirements. Nor that of the instant hot water heater. A new 30 Gallon gas water heater was installed beside the home. The propane stove and gas water heater are much more energy and cost efficient. If you prefer the electric range it is stored in a box in the shed along with a new washer and electric dryer which aren't currently hooked up. Speaking of.. the included 8x10 shed provides ample storage space or can be used as a workshop. The sleeping lofts both come with added cube storage shelves with storage boxes. Skylights in both lofts have blackout cell shades. A retractable screen door allows for fresh air flowing in while keeping the pesky bugs out. There is 1 dedicated off street parking beside the home and additional free street parking. The added porch awning adds a comfortable place to relax outside. *BONUS* - Will pay 1/2 shipping cost! You have the option of renting the space it is currently on in Monrovia at Walnut Grove Mobile Home Park. The lease/rent is $1150/mo. You would need to 1st submit an application for approval.
