Beautiful 32' Tiny Home Built by Advanced High School Building Trades Class Premium Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in Elkhart, Indiana

We are also looking to pre-sell a Tiny Home for our 2025-26 build. We are also open to other floor plans to suit your needs. Reach out if interested. The current home is constructed on a 32’ triple-axle trailer manufactured by Lippert Components. Framing is 2x4 construction with vinyl siding on the exterior. The home includes 2 bedrooms (lofts) and a full kitchen, with appliances included. There is a laundry area along with 1 bathroom that includes a full shower. There is also a mini-split HVAC system in the home. The home was built by our 3rd year Building Trades Classes along with the instructor who has several years experience in home building and remodeling. We have also partnered with our local Builders Association as well as another local company who specializes in high end park model homes. This has provided another level of quality control especially in the areas of electrical and plumbing. We are looking to sell so that we can continue to build these in the future. 100% of the proceeds will go directly back into our Building Trades program at our high school so that we can continue to provide incredible experiences to the almost 300 kids who go through our program each year.
