Beautiful 24' tiny house on wheels - SOLD Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in Corrales, New Mexico

For sale: 24’x8.5’x13.5’ tiny house on wheels. Manufactured in December 2015, this tiny house was just recently remodeled inside. The walls and ceiling are tongue and groove pine. The floors are engineered bamboo. The kitchen cabinets and countertop are all new, as is the Haier 9.8 cubic foot refrigerator. A new flush toilet has been plumbed in, along with a new 32”x32”, one piece shower. The main loft is 7.5’x 9.5’. There is also a 4.5’x7.5’ loft that sits over the kitchen. There is a washer hookup and I currently have a Haier Top-load compact washer and a Magic Chef 8.8# capacity front load dryer, that would convey. There is a propane Ecotemp FVI12 tankless water heater in the bathroom. Included is an RV metal front porch/stair, vinyl skirting, 4 permanently attached solar panels & batteries, heated water hose, 50 amp power cord along with an adapter, 3 Envi electric wall heaters, and Mini-split unit. It would make a great AirBNB or guest house for someone, if you didn’t want to live in it, but need the extra income/space. I’m asking $35,000 for the home and all the accessories mentioned above. Reasonable offers may be considered. Call Mary @ 505-three 5zero-44two4 for more information. I am moving out of state and don’t want to take the tiny with me. This tiny home is completely highway legal and would not require a permit to move.
