Our tiny house is custom built on a 26 ft. Wright Trailer. It is road legal, measuring 8.5 ft. wide x 26ft. long x 13.5 ft. tall. It’s a roomy 300 square ft. with recessed lighting throughout.
The 46 square ft. kitchen has all the amenities of a home including, butcher block countertops, 4 burner propane stove and oven, a 10.1 ft. wide top refrigerator in platinum steel, and hickory flooring.
The 96 square ft. living space has lots of natural light, high ceilings, ceiling fan, and storage built into the stairs.
The loft area is 76 square ft. and can accommodate a king size mattress along with storage units and plenty of natural light as well as recessed lighting.
The bathroom is 31 square ft. and features a full shower with a rain shower head, Natures Head Composting Toilet and lots of storage. It also has a Reliance 6 gallon hot water heater.
Step outside to your own 80 square ft. outdoor deck with IPE 2×2 clip deck system. This special type of decking can withstand any weather and does not rot over time. It can easily be installed and assembled wherever you choose to move into your new space.
It has an electrical outlet directly above the living space that is designed for mini split AC/Heat system (not included).
This tiny house has no water storage tanks. It needs to be hooked up directly to a water and power supply. However, you are able to adapt it to accommodate a water storage tank and it can easily be hooked up to an external power source (RV park) if being used for traveling.
