Three (3) AMAZING, identical, professionally built 24’ tiny homes on wheels available for purchase together or separately (see pricing below). These three tiny homes were custom built, and are one-of-a-kind (well… three-of-a-kind). Using sturdy and reliable 24 ft., dual-axle flatbed Rettig trailers rated at 7,000 lbs per axle and manufactured new in 2020. Before construction of the units began, the trailers were also outfitted with 10-ply tires, extra decking between the wheels, a belly pan so that the entire base could be insulated with R30 rockwool insulation, and welded rods for wall attachment. Trailers are titled and licensed in the state of Virginia. The construction of the tiny home units was done by professional and longtime tiny home builder, Liberation Tiny Homes, outside of Lancaster, PA based on our custom design. The homes feature a unique shed-style lofted roof to provide for an interior vaulted ceiling. After delivery, Smartcore LVP flooring, Kitchen cabinet packages, shower pan with metal shower surround, and Rheem propane tankless hot water heaters with exterior vent packages (hot water heaters were installed, vent packages included but not yet installed). Propane powered EcoJohn "TinyJohn" incinerating toilet with vent stack included, eliminating the need for septic or black water holding tanks, etc. One of the most unique features is the power elevator bed lift. This allows you to press a button and raise the bed platform up to the ceiling during the day when you’re not sleeping in it. And then lower it down to go to bed. It eliminates the need for a traditional sleeping loft you have to climb up into. There is room to make these units your own by choosing an appliances, countertops, sinks for the bathroom and kitchen, plumbing fixtures, and furniture.
