Designed to be easily customized, it comes with an amply sized electrical system, a practical and accessible plumbing system, state of the art ventilation system and a propane fired, sealed combustion heat source as well as a hardwired, thermostatically controlled electric heater. The small bathroom has a custom tile shower and a space to accommodate your choice of toilets (standard toilet or composting toilet, will work with either). Roughed in to accommodate either a propane on demand water heater or small electric water heater depending on the buyers preference and needs. The kitchen is designed to utilize electric appliances but propane is stubbed out in the kitchen to provide the option of a small propane cooktop if desired.
