I built this THOW with the intent of living in it. Plans changed. It is built on an application design trailer (not a utility trailer). 10k lb rating, brakes on both axles. 98" wide 20' long. 13'5" tall. Exterior description: Sherwin Williams paint. Metal roof. Utility cabinet upfront on the tongue which houses the propane tank and tankless water heater, 12v water pump.
Inside is finished in a mixture of pine boards. Bathroom is finished in redwood and shower in corrugated metal in a 32" stall. Storage under the couch which is long enough to serve as a bed. Has 65 gal fresh water tank stored underneath the kitchen counter made from pine boards and treated with pure dark Tung oil. Floors are waterproof laminate. Storage loft in the rear. King size loft upfront ( which you can comfortably sit up in bed). Plumbing and electrical are complete. Wired for 50 amp service.
