Super cute tiny house for sale! Bright with a lot of natural sunlight, vaulted ceiling, full bath and kitchen. It is a 8’ x 19’ tiny house on wheels on a trailer. I have the current title/tag on it. Located 10 minutes from Sam's Club on Atlanta Highway in Athens / Bogart, Georgia.
Why choose this tiny house and not a container home which could be cheaper?
1. It has a pitched shingles roof, insulated inside and out, and is made of wood inside and outside. Climate inside is dry and comfortable. Unlike metal or plastic, the material of this tiny house is highly breathable. No need to worry about a container flat roof that could leak in a foreseeable time.
2. User-tested for one year and passed with flying colors. Let's face it, many tiny house builders do not have a wide variety of background. My husband's professional framer friend and my husband, who is a daytime electrician and plumber, made it for my pickiest friends and family who used it for one year. No issue at all.
3. Moving this tiny house is super easy. All you need is a F350 or Ram 3500. And a connector that has a 3+1 style attachment. At 8' width, you do not need to apply for a road permit.
It is livable right now and has been lived in for a year! My favorite feature is the full-size bed that is not sky-high. Utility connection requirements are
a. 4 x 15 amp slots in the electrical box
b. Water hose
c. Septic tank hook-up
It works just like a proper home. With a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, regular toilet and shower, and a regular full size bed.
Since these pictures were taken, I've added window curtains also and upgraded the window AC to a 6000 BTU one. Heating is provided by 2 space heaters on GFCI outlets, which were plenty. EVERYTHING WORKS, NO WORK NEEDED. Entrance deck and stairs are included in the purchase price. Take it home!
