We were in the process of building in and finished our tiny home when we found the perfect property, so work on it halted! It is a 34' long trailer (8 feet wide) with a 15' loft. It is ready for solar power (Those panels/system can be included for extra) or electric plugin. It has a functioning compost toilet and a propane powered fridge/freezer! It also has a fantastic propane heating system, but no AC system. The small expandable table will come with, but the couch will not simply because the pleather is now peeling. A fantastic built in book case and bench is on one end of the tiny house, and it has great windows. It is very well insulated with both spray foam and fiberglass. The propane water heater works well for the sink, and the water tank is ready to be hooked up to a water source. The box on the front houses the batteries and the propane tanks. Now for the unfinished parts - there is still some trim missing, the heater case has not been finished out, and both the shower and stacked washer/dryer are in place but NOT hooked up to the water tank. And the imperfect (We lived in it for a year and a half) - the laminate flooring is showing some scratches. It is in the process of being titled (That office must currently be closed) and is also insured for $80k. Feel free to ask questions or for specific photos!
