(not so) Tiny House, Tour Bus, Motor home, Off Grid Camping. (CDL not required). This is a 40ft,1982 Gillig Phantom, Conversion, with solar and LOW (32K) miles on a new engine. It has been stored under cover for 95% of its post conversion life. It drives like a dream and can go as fast as 60-64 mph. All batteries are fully charged with brand new starter batteries and working house batteries. All systems are in good working order. The tires are good. It is built with an area for a queen bed and we also had another queen bed in an "office" in back area using wooden spanners (included). Other info: General: Detroit Diesel 6V92TA (that's turbo AND after-cooler), Allison 740D automatic transmission, Power Steering, air suspension and brakes. 4 Almost New rear tires (only 3200 miles!) on rear, decent tires on front (no recaps on bus!). Top speed is 64 MPH. • Birch interior, insulated plywood sub-floor . (I plan to lay a floor, and the price will go up accordingly). • Blue formica counter tops, dining table, office desks in rear • Solar electric panels on roof for extended "dry camping".
