8 X 28 Tiny Home For Sale

We are a licensed general contractor and put many hard hours into this project. A lot of pride and conscious thought was invested. This premier built 8 X 28 - 290 square foot tiny home is set on top of a brand new custom 16,000 lb heavy equipment trailer. It was framed with 85% steel studs to cut down on the weight. plumbing consists of a high quality PEX B system with a on demand high efficiency water heater. ABS pipe was installed under the trailer for waste drainage. There is no holding tank, this system was designed for direct sewer hook up. A 50 amp plug powers the main panel and feeds all of the outlets, fixtures and appliances. Water, power and sewer was all designed to function just like an RV with convenient hook ups. The exterior siding is a no maintenance for life aluminum board and batton farm style made by Trulog. The utility closet is accessible from the custom cedar door installed toward the front end of the home. The roof is factory painted galvanized corrugated sheeting. This tiny home has effecient vinyl windows with a sliding glass main entry door. A 12000 BTU Mr. Cool mini split A/C with heat pump was installed so you will stay comfortable year round while saving money on electricity. The modern farm house style inside consists of luxury vinyl plank flooring, white shaker cabinets, a large farm style sink, painted shiplap on the walls and ceiling and rustic light fixtures. A small staircase with plenty of storage underneath provides access to the 75 sq.ft. loft area that has room for a queen size mattress. This area has custom lighting and power outlets to accommodate whatever you decide to use this space for. Restroom features a round glass shower, washer/dryer, toilet and closet.
