Our 40’ tiny house is 8’5” wide making it road legal and ready to move without special tags needed. The house has been our home for the last 3 years and has meet all the needs of a family of 4, but alas all good things must come to an end and we will be unable to take the house on our next move. It comes with on demand water heater for endless hot showers in the tile shower. Also having a tiny space doesn’t mean you have to compromise as we have full size stainless steel appliances and a king size bed in the master bedroom. White painted custom cabinetry and solid cherry butcher block counters/bar finish out the kitchen in style. All the lighting is LED meaning every light in the house can be on for under 200 watts, saving money on bills. The 12,000 BTU mini-split keeps the house cool in the summer and plenty warm in Missouri winters! Acacia wood floors are a great pop in contrast to the white trim and light blue walls. Full size Samsung stack washer and dryer have meet all our laundry needs and a Panasonic ERV keeps fresh air recirculating 24/7 without energy loss. Stair leading to the loft are comfortable and easy to use making running up and down them safe and practical. The loft is 17’ long and roomy enough for 2 kids. With 3 doors and multiple egress windows safety was also a major priority during the build.
