full size bathtub, space for dual vanity, closet, and hookup for washer/dryer
- rooftop deck built for year-round use with access from loft (gaco roof)

- two entrances (one with double french doors)
All plumbing, electrical (including hookups, outlets, lighting, switches, etc.) and propane piping installed. Water tanks included as well. Newly installed gutter system (detachable for travel) to keep water off of siding, windows and doors.
