Covered Deck & Porch are included. They are free-standing, so the house can be moved in & out without disturbing the set-up. It can also be partially dismantled to move it to another location.
To reside here in the park, you'll need to fill out a rental application. Just stop by (or call) the front office for an application. Both short and long-term agreements are available, and include access to all amenities at the park (Pool, Sauna, Hot Tub, Gym, Clubhouse/Meeting Rooms, Beautiful Trails, Riverfront access, and more...).
