This gorgeous tiny home was customized to our needs as a family with three little ones. There's a downstairs room with a couch, pack and play, and fold down commercial changing table that we used as a nursery. Above that, there's a loft with storage stairs and a twin bed for our two toddlers. This could also easily be a storage loft. We added a door for safety and privacy. We also added fan driven ventilation for these rooms for heat and A/C circulation.
The queen loft worked for us parents. We absolutely loved this home for the time we needed it. Small washer and dryer for all the laundry, dual flush toilet, nice big shower, we swapped in a detachable handheld shower head and added a multifunction bidet attachment to the toilet. There's a full-size oven, 3/4 refrigerator and a gorgeous little breakfast bar.
Copious storage under stairs, couch, and sinks, we added shelves and hanger rods. On demand water heater works amazing. Mini split keeps us toasty in winter and cool in summer. The windows drench us in sunlight and give breathtaking mountain sunrise views.
Lived in just under 2 years and now our "big" house is being built, so this tiny is ready for a new family. Our kids do not destroy homes, our animals stay outside and our shoes don't come past the boot mat at the door. We've cared for this house and made sure the improvements made maintain the aesthetic.
