This tiny home on wheels feels anything but tiny! Sleek modern design, vaulted ceilings, king-sized sleeping loft, and all of the amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. The TH is 28' x 8.5' and 13.5' high with a loft that has a queen-sized mattress (so ~202 sqft without the loft, or 266 sqft with the loft).
The kitchen has much more storage and cooking space than most tiny homes, and includes custom butcher block countertops and stainless steel appliances. The whole home is floored with beautiful vinyl plank flooring, offering water protection. There is plenty of storage space in the full-sized closet, the shelving in the bathroom, under stairs, under the couch, and in the kitchen. Couch is included with purchase. There is space for a small home office in the living space. The home includes in-wall 4K HDMI wiring so that you can wall mount your TV without cluttering up visible space with cords or digital media devices.
Included appliances: Samsung 5 burner gas range, a microwave, a 10 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer, and a washer/dryer combo, water heater, Separett composting toilet. Wiring for AC is installed.
Water and electricity are easy to connect. The TH is registered with the DMV, so it's simple to move, no need to apply for a moving permit. I also have the contact for the guy who moved it before and did a great job.
TH is currently in Oakland (Paradise Park neighborhood). It may be possible to continue living here for some time, but this will need to be worked out with the landlord. My preference is for someone who wants to buy this TH and move it to another location.
