Overhanging lofts, one on each end. Each loft overhang 2ft, giving a length of 30ft. Custom metal bracing installed in the ceiling. 2 exterior storage box located on the rear of the home Kitchen countertops are dark walnut butcher block veneer Single stainless sink. 24” W Unique Off Grid Signature Oven Range Hookups and space for a dishwasher Pocket door for entry to the bathroom. Vent for Separett 9200 Decomposing toilet installed in the bathroom. The original toilet will be cleaned and offered but can be removed if requested. 48” L x 32” D Galvanized metal shower/tub Propane tankless water heater located in the front storage box. Included in the house: -7-gallon propane tank - Stackable washer dryer -Danby Refrigerator Model: DFF100C1BSLDB -Separett composting toilet model 9200 (type 5000) if you want it, but it is used. -50amp power cord a couple of window screens are missing but are inexpensive and an easy fix if you wanted them in. My daughter used the loft and did some drawing on the floor that we could not remove, so the loft flooring needs a rug or new flooring.
