I’d recommend this house to someone who either intends to go without running water during the coldest months of the year, or is seeking a tiny house to gut and make their own.
This tiny house is custom built onto a trailer, so it is road legal. The exterior is sage green with white trim, and the interior walls are made of knotty pine. Contains a bedroom loft as well as an additional smaller loft for storage. The bathroom and kitchen are under the large loft; the kitchen has a sink, space under the counter for a mini fridge (the fridge could possibly come with the house), and an RV-style stove and oven. Stairs lead to the main loft, with space for storage underneath, as well as containing a hookup for a washer-dryer combo (machine could come with the house, but it is in need of repair).
The bathroom contains a shower, teeny-tiny sink, and a space for a toilet. The water heater is on-demand, and doesn’t work well in freezing temperatures. I did do a bit of winterization for the water heater.
The house has a little porch which is in need of repair. One of the main problems with the house is that because of the freezing cold, a pipe burst a few years ago and water got all over and underneath the floors (where there was insulation). I had the floors torn up and the subfloor and insulation replaced in the “easy” half of the house, but not in the other half, which is under the kitchen and bathroom. Presumably the insulation under there is no longer effective.
