Our tiny house is a 24 ft custom build with two sleeping lofts ,one king and the other full. It has a spacious living and kitchen area downstairs with a dining bar, butcher block counters and many other custom features. The bathroom is very roomy compared to most tiny houses with a 36 inch stall shower, full size toilet, vanity and space for a combination washer dryer. The interior is wall to wall pine tongue and groove giving it a very polished high end feel. The house its self is 13'4" tall alloying for max room in the lofts and high ceilings. With an on demand hot water heater, filtration system, usb power plugs, and wiring for sat and internet it has all the luxuries of a full sized home.
