I’m selling my 24’ x 8.5’ tiny home, which is currently located in Mills River, NC. It will need to be moved from the lot on which it sits. The deck is not part of the purchase price. With lofts it’s about 270 sq ft. I’m the 2nd owner; my daughter moved back in with me and we need a home with 2 permanent sleeping areas This home was built in 2019 by Incredible Tiny Homes (Newport TN). The house has had fairly light use for most of the 4 years and is built very well.
A first floor bedroom (5 feet to ceiling) with pocket door holds a queen-sized bed and has a closet. A short set of storage stairs with magnet-held risers leads to the main living area/standup loft; a large wall, for holding a large tv or other, makes this loft very private. A second loft (4’ wide) with sturdy ladder can be used for storage or fits a twin-sized mattress.
The kitchen has open shelving and storage drawers, a new butcherblock counter and 23” sink, a flip up bar-height table (currently removed but available). There are 2 kick drawers in cabinet bases for extra storage. 10.1 cu ft Samsung refrigerator/bottom freezer, 20” Summit Appliance 4 burner electric stove with oven, and 24” microwave with exhaust mounted over stove.
The bathroom contains a Splendid 2100XC vented combo washer/dryer, ceramic sink with 3-drawer cabinet, 48” Dumawall shower, and flush toilet.
LVP on floors and extra shelves on walls throughout the house. I recently put on a new front door with full window panes.
Shed gable metal roof, exterior painted by builder (trim and lap siding touch ups done). There is a 19 gallon water heater and electrical panel in the tongue box.
Spray foam insulation, Mitsubishi mini-split, air exchanger. There is also foam board insulation and metal skirting that will be removed, for buyer to take with and re-use.
