2021 Tiny House on Wheels 20ft Shipping Container custom

This is a custom Tiny House / RV / hunting lodge built in 2021 from a 20ft shipping container. It sleeps two comfortably. It has a full kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, and reverse osmosis drinking tap. It has a bathroom with shower, sink, composting toilet and ventilation fan. It was built with health in mind. It it fully insulated and features construction from solid wood (poplar) and formaldehyde-free plywood. It futures full AC and heat from a 3/4 ton mini-split heat pump. It has two propane tanks which run the hot water heater. The entrance is through the shipping container double-doors, so it can be locked up tight when not in use (great for seasonal use at a ranch or hunting lease!). The entrances also features handy utility access: power outlet, water spigot (can be used for an outdoor shower to just to hose off your gear) and gas outlet which can be uses for an outdoor heater or gas grill. The shipping container sits on tandem 7k lb axels with brakes and pulls nicely, though, because of it's height and weight, it is more suited for fixed locations (tiny house, or ranch) rather than as a travel trailer. Weight with appliances, cabinetry, etc, is about 10,000-11,000lb.
