2021 tiny house with great amenities! This home offers 240sqf and measures 24’ in length. The building was constructed on a double axle trailer for easy movement and great stability.
During construction, the home was insulated air-tight to insure great temperature control from the mini-split that can heat or cool the tiny house in minutes and keep it comfortable, using very little power. A 3 speed ceiling fan was also added for additional comfort and lighting.
The lofted bedroom is large enough for a king sized bed and has storage shelves built in, along with numerous power and USB outlets, as well as overhead lighting and multiple windows.
The bathroom has a shower with RV tub, standard sink, flushing toilet, lighting fixture and plenty of storage options. Water is heated by an in-line, tankless water heater.
The kitchen comes outfitted with a sink and lots of cabinet and countertop space. The space is designed for a 24-inch wide refrigerator and cooktop stove but can be customized with ability to put in full size refrigerator and 240V oven if desired. Electrical is setup and plug installed for larger power to support full sized appliances, to include a washer/dryer combo.
This tiny home is pre-wired for solar power and has plenty of electrical & USB outlets throughout.The mini-split and fan are both remote operated. All power is run through a professionally wired and installed breaker box. Power can be supplied through a 50amp RV plug or wired directly into the breaker box.
This living space comes partially furnished with a wall-mounted 55” smart TV, a fold-flat futon, queen sized mattress and other amenities. This awesome tiny home has only been used a handful of times and presents as if its brand-new.
Towing weight is about 9,000lbs.
