Commissioned/built in 2019, actual tiny house was completed in 2020 and is in great condition! We're the second owners and have put care and work into making it a beautiful, functional space. Our original plans for this unit means we’re willing to sell as we pivot direction in our business. It has been used as a summer rental and is well-maintained throughout.
