The interior is finished with pine tongue and groove throughout, hickory cabinets and floors and butcher block countertops. The HVAC system is a mini split that does great year around, for hot water and cooking there is a dual propane tank system with a tankless hot water heater. Full size refrigerator and 3/4 gas range and oven. Stackable Laundry in the generous bathroom. Dimmable LED Lights throughout.
Exterior features a Copper colored Metal roof(sounds great in the rain!),Cedar shake vinyl siding, energy efficient windows.

13‘6“ high by 8 1/2 feet wide and 30 feet long overall. The tongue weight is 985 pounds and total weight is 14,000 it is completely road legal with current VA DMV registration and permanent RV tag.
