2006 Salem RV (Renovated) 39 foot Other for Sale in Finlayson , Minnesota

Priced to Sell! Selling our 39 foot Renovated Salem RV. In excellent condition. We bought this initially to be used as a full time RV but since reconsidered and would like a tiny house. Everything works. Propane heater, AC, Has full size home fridge, electric fireplace, new 20 gallon water heater, propane 4 burner stove and oven, stand up shower. 30 gal black 30 gal grey 30 gal fresh We removed all the carpet and painted with high quality Home Depot paint. So no old RV smell. We also replaced the low quality OSB floors in the slideouts with higher quality 3/4 plywood for better structure and support for furniture. Roof has a fresh coat of white sealant as well. Aluminum Flashing added to the base edges of the slideouts for better rain runoff A lot of old cabinets removed to open it up inside for more living space. It still has plenty of storage though. The Bedroom initially was only large enough for a full size bed so way too small. We took out everything and made it accept a king size bed with isles around all sides. Much better. Added barn tin roofing over slideouts as well We put a lot of work into it so we want it to be appreciated.
