We are selling a 20ft tiny home built by Tennessee Tiny Homes. The home is RVIA certified and it is built on a double axle 20ft trailer. The home connects to power and water like a normal RV; 30 amps and a regular hose is all you need. It features two lofts, one is a twin, the other fits a queen comfortably, and the couch folds out into a futon bed. The bathroom has a full size shower, a small vanity, and a Natures Head compost toilet. The kitchen features a college size refrigerator, a washer/dryer combo, full farm sink, butcher-block counters, and a three-burner stove with small oven big enough to make a pizza! We are sad to see this home go, but need to make a transition to something a little larger. This would make a great cabin or full time residence. The house does well in winter weather and we used a space heater for inside which worked great, however, the house will need to be insulated around the bottom of the trailer and also electric tape wrapping on all exposed pipes. We've traveled with this house and used a 250 and 350 truck, both are capable of pulling it but the 350 works better. The weight of the house is around 9,500 pounds. We built and attached the porch, it does not fold down for travel. However, we detached the porch while moving and it fit in the back of a truck bed. Buyer does not have to have the porch we made and featured, but is more than welcome to take it with no added charge! We originally purchased the house for $47,500 but we have painted the exterior and parts of interior, added washer/dryer combo, compost toilet, shelving and many other updates adding close to $3000 in value. Let us know if you are interested and please share with others that might want to live the tiny life! We are asking 46,000 OBO.
