We are looking to sell this partially restored 1906 Sf earthquake shack. The shack was donated to us in the early 2000’s and stored to be put together when the time was right. We began restoring the shack earlier this year, due to ab unfortunate family event we will not be able to complete this project. We are hoping to find someone who can.

Please note that the entire structure has been framed with screws and can be taken apart should it need to be for transportation purposes.
