1906 San Francisco earthquake shack Tiny House Shell on a Trailer for Sale in Oakland , California

We are looking to sell this partially restored 1906 Sf earthquake shack. The shack was donated to us in the early 2000’s and stored to be put together when the time was right. Complete Roof plans 8 1/2 x 18fr 2018 deck over trailer. (5k value) Antique door and windows to retain the look and integrity for the time period.
