This 18'x8' tiny home was built in 2020 by my wife and me. It is 12' at its highest point. It can connect to shore power but can also be off-grid. It was a 20-gallon Fresh and Grey water tank that can be bypassed if you are hooking up to shore water. There are hook-ups for propane tanks and also power connections routed for a mini-split unit to be installed if you'd like. The murphy bed fits a full-size mattress. The murphy bed also comes with storage underneath which you can access behind the fold-flat couch. The fold-flat couch also comes with additional storage under the cushion as well. It has a deep kitchen sink and a dual burner domestic stove that runs off propane. Across the kitchen cabinet is a fold-out table that is standing height. Next to the table is a small fridge with a freezer on top. The bathroom has a full-size shower and sink. There is also closet space as well. Below the closet, you will find the "garage area" where all the plumbing and tanks can be located. There is also additional storage below the tanks. You will also find the water heater in there as well that runs on the propane and does not require electricity. As mentioned before there is a full shore hook-up with a 50 amp inlet. You can also find a 50 amp inlet in the home for any battery generator you have that you do not want to keep outside during an off-grid adventure. The Tiny Home has a metal roof and also a rooftop deck that is textured and epoxied for safety. You can hang out and get that perfect shot from up high whenever you please. This is a fully equipped Tiny Home that is ready for adventure and also hanging around for a long while.
