Dormer sleeping loft and second storage loft. Has a 20 gallon water tank. Needs refrigerator, composting toilet or RV portable toilet. Could add propane or a small wood stove. Room for a mini split unit. Needs a shower handle, finish laying the flooring, and drain shut off. Never been moved or used. Trailer was purchased through tumbleweed company.
