16' Tiny House on Wheels

Custom, one of a kind tiny house for sale, built locally in Silvana, Washington. The house is approximately 176 square feet and is built on a 2017 16' Iron Eagle trailer specifically designed for tiny homes. The exterior of the home features high quality cedar bevel siding and trim, durable metal roofing, and a charming front door cedar shingle overhang. Much of the exterior trim, front door, interior trim, cabinetry, storage stairs, and couch (currently being installed), were built using salvaged wood harvested from wind-felled trees and milled directly from our 30 acre property--including cedar, fir, hemlock, and big-leaf maple. Custom additions to the home are available upon request, including optional composting toilet, shelving, electric cooktop, convection oven, and seating, price negotiable.
