I purchased this tiny home shell years ago to slowly building into a livable tiny home, but I have had a string of family obligations take my attention off of it. It is is perfect condition, professionally built. It is not on a trailer, but it could be converted. It is on blocks currently. It can be made to fit a foundation or a trailer. It is 384 sq ft in total, but you lose roughly 32 livable sq ft for the deck. I believe the company will ship this for free, within 200 miles, but our agreement is almost ten years old now. I am willing to work with the buyer to facilitate this.
There are five 2' x 3' double pane windows, 7 foot interior walls (I am short and didn't mind the loss of overhead space), two different loft spaces for storage or other needs, such as a bedroom, and a wrap around porch on the front for outdoor relaxation. I have put a dark sealer on it to weather protect it. The floor was reinforced to accommodate extra weight, part of the loft has been removed for an enclosed shower with a rainfall shower head (included, but not installed). I have 400 sq ft. of bamboo flooring (included, but not installed), the walls are ready for wiring (wiring and fuse box included, but not installed), insulation has been started, R13 rated for WA, but it is not finished.
I want to finish this project, but I just don't have the time or capital with family obligations. This has survived wind, snow, rain storms, hailstorm, and being used as storage/a weight room. It is of high quality construction. I want this to go to someone that can and will finish what I started.
