Hi! We are the Lever's, and are selling our tiny home. We built this and have been successfully living in it for almost four years now. Due to lifestyle changes and family difficulties, we are having to sell, but it's for the best. Life is always changing, so we are just trying to roll with it. We really wanted a tiny home that would help us live a simple life, but still have all of the comforts of daily living without feeling cramped. So, we have a 436 sq ft home with a full-size kitchen and bathroom, as well as two lofts, and an open area where the washer/dryer are. The house comes with a full-size refrigerator, 24" oven and four-burner stovetop, compact dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. A design piece is my antique Italian Tole chandelier. The color scheme and design of the house were based on that chandelier. I tied the daises from it into my backsplashes behind the kitchen sink and stovetop. There is natural light everywhere except in the bathroom. The bathroom is very spacious and includes a faux marble-topped double vanity and matching jacuzzi tub, and an unfinished utility closet with a water manifold. There is a showerhead mounted above the tub. A bookshelf staircase leads to the loft above the bathroom. A pipe ladder with red oak steps takes you up to the other loft, which is our feature room with it's sealed wood panel walls. White flooring and open ceilings make the house feel huge, and it is a rather large tiny home, to begin with. The space is very open and emptied of all of our stuff, so buyer has room to do whatever you want with all of the space. It is a triple axle, bumper-pull trailer with a wedge design in front. Estimated total weight 12-15,000 lbs. We've only moved it once traveling nearly 400 miles. We did this by hiring a professional towing company (recommended), and everything rode and pulled well. The buyer is responsible for moving. We are asking $63,500 and are selling as For Sale By Owner, so not capable of financing. Thanks!
