We just finished this 24" tiny house on wheels. We built in on an Iron Eagle trailer. Including the sleeping loft, it is 273 square feet. It features an 8'x8' sleeping loft that will easily accommodate a queen size bed. The kitchen has a propane stove and both bathroom and kitchen feature under-mount sinks and wood countertops. There is space under the loft for a full-size fridge. The bathroom has a 36" shower and the toilet is to be installed at sale-buyer's choice (Conventional toilet included or composting toilet at $1,500 extra). We used vintage recycled ship-lap for the wood accent wall and utilized an antique door for the bath sliding barn door. The galvanized metal roof, shower surround, and wall sconce lights give this a modern farm house feel, as do the ship-lap walls and bead-board ceiling, painted white. The stained wood accents and single hung windows add to the charm of this house. The tank-less, on-demand propane hot water heater will not run out of hot water! The electrical will work with a shore line up to 220V/50Amp (or 30Amp) or can be easily connected to a solar off-grid system. We installed LED lights throughout to conserve energy. Under the stairs, there is space and hookups for a vent-less washer/dryer combo as well as multiple storage spaces. The cooling/heating is a heat pump A/C unit mounted above door, operated with a remote control. This is a high-end tiny house built with attention to quality and detail by a builder with decades of experience in the building trades. Price does not include furniture or shipping to your location.
