We are selling because we are looking to purchase property to build a tiny house community, and we need the extra funds to do so. We purchased this tiny house from the builder in Louisiana (hence, we call her "Egret" a common bird of Louisiana). We own another tiny house, so we are looking for someone who wants to make Egret their new home, AirBnB, or guest suite!
