It is on a 24' long custom built trailer that is divided into a porch, 4' feet, and the house itself, 20' feet. The house is 160 SqFt. The trailer has 6 stabilizing jacks to help the house stay level. This home is perfect for 2-3 people, but can sleep 4 with the queen sized bed, Murphy bed and couch.
