We own and live year round on a 5 acre property in Pima County in Tucson AZ 85736, about 4 miles south of Robles Junction.
We have TWO freshly permitted Tiny House or RV sites on the West End of our property and each site has about one quarter of an acre (9,600 Square Feet) of land around it. Each site has its own 100 amp electric meter pedestal with a 50 amp outlet, 30 amp outlet and 20 amp GFCI outlet. They each have separate water hook ups and separate septic systems. We are permitted for RVs and tiny homes that are less than 50 feet. Very Easy access to our property, yet still in a roomy desert neighborhood.
If you are looking for a place to park YOUR tiny home/RV this may be the spot! A natural desert setting with mountain views in every direction and great sunsets and sunrises.
This is our home and we would welcome you to live on the property with us.
We have rental periods of one month minimum.
Price is 450 per month, Water and Electricity have your own meters and you pay for usage. You’d have an independent Septic System which is included in your rental. Trash is One bag per Week, up to 35 lbs or 55 Gallon size bag – whichever comes first, also included in the monthly rental price.
Again, Each site has around a quarter of an acre natural desert and it is Seven hundred feet from the property to an asphalt road to get you to local stores or further on to downtown, OR turn off the road to immediate great off roading and atv places on BLM and State Trust Land where there are tons of trails and mountains to explore with old gold mines too.
