THOW Community in Coastal North Carolina (near Wilmington)

We have created a beautiful place for you to park your THOW in order to live with integrity as neighbor and friend while practicing social and ecological responsibility. We are offering yearly, monthly, and weekly site rentals. All our lots are in a wooded area, have full hook-ups (50A/30A/20A power, water, septic, and wifi), and enough space to build a small deck, plant a garden, and park your car (up to two cars). Amenities include community gardens, a fire pit, timberframe building to hang out in (with sleeping loft), chickens (get the freshest eggs you’ve ever had and recycle your leftovers), a park area, and a dog/pet area.
