We offer long term space rentals both 6 and 12 month leases available. The majority of our lots are large with space for a shed/2 vehicles and plenty of yard to enjoy. All of our lots have full hookups available. Come join us as we create our community garden. The Rio Grande is steps away which is stocked with trout. Plenty to do outside all year long in the great south west! The Monzano Mountain Range is 10 minutes to the east great for hiking up to the 10,000' peaks or Mtn bike lower elevations of 4700' along the Rio Grande , we have it all.
