Our Vision
To provide a safe, affordable, beautiful, and loving space for like minded folks in tiny dwellings to live the life they dare to dream. This is a space that will honor our resident’s vision as well as promote a community vision of prosperity, balance, fun, and purposeful living.
We know every day there are more and more Tiny Living Communities popping up. This is especially true here in the Dallas Fort Worth area. So how do you know which is the best for you? Here are some basic considerations?
Location, location, location
o We are 20-30 minutes from Anna, McKinney, Plano, and Sherman Texas. City limits of Dallas is 50 minutes. Yet, you will live and sleep in a country setting. We believe we have the best of both worlds!
Lot and other fees
o $550 a month includes water, septic, trash, storm shelter access. Electric is billed as used. Internet will be separate but reasonable (TBD)
Lease Length
o One year as we want our residents to be part of a longer term community
Hook ups
o We offer septic, 30 and 50 amp electric, and water from freeze resistant farm hydrants
Amenities
o We have 3 gathering spaces, storm shelter, covered bike rack, 2.5 acres to wander on, tree lined or grassy yards. Coming soon: Fire pit
Parking
o Two spaces max per lot
Internet
o High speed fiber optic of 1 GB up and down speeds (coming soon). Additionally it comes with a management company located in Austin that can be accessed 24 hours a day for troubleshooting.
