Mentone Mountain Escape is a Tiny Home Neighborhood just 3 miles from downtown Mentone. The community will have +/- 20 lots available to purchase for your tiny home. Each lot will be approximately 1/2 of an acre. There will be a common area with a dog park, fire pit, and patio for grilling. Lot prices will range between $15-$25,000, we will post prices soon. The main road for the neighborhood will have power poles and water lines for each property owner to develop their lot. To develop a lot and set the tiny home, we estimate the cost to be $10-15,000.
Mentone Mountain Escape has received lots of inquiries so we are now taking $1,000 lot deposits to be the first to choose your lot within the development after roads are completed. Roads should take 6-8 weeks to be completed depending on the weather. Your $1,000 lot deposit is 90% refundable if you decide to back out.
