Our community focus is to become a Green Community here in the White Mountains all while providing an affordable Primary Residence or Vacation Home. Plans are to have a very large walking path with future gazebo’s and grills along the way. Our community garden will span the entire 6-acre length providing a getaway within the already gorgeous community. Greenhouses, solar panels, chicken coops, and any other green aspects are more than welcome in our community. We hope that a few of our cabins will be net zero!
We have added more space per property and have downsized the initial 50 spaces to only 37. Our community consists of 6 acres, and 37 spaces. Located only minutes from Scott’s Reservoir, Rainbow Lake, Show Low Lake, and many stores and restaurants. Our average lot size is over 3500 sq ft! You don’t get that anywhere else!
