Option 1: Living for $500
Looking for a nice residential area to park and live in your RV or Tiny Home? Check out our tiny community, 2 miles north of downtown Durham. We are on a corner lot with grassy lawn and plenty of shade. The yard is directly across from a tree preservation area, which gives our land a private park feel. We ask for a background application fee of $30. We offer month-to-month leases ($500/month), with a security deposit of $150. Well-behaved pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, as we have an energetic 2-year-old chihuahua.
Amenities include:
- White/gray/black water and waste disposal, hookups to water (at least 60-foot garden water hose required), electricity (30 Amp, 125 Volt), Wi-Fi, lawn care, trash and recycling pick-up, 2 car parking spots, fire pit, lounge area, charcoal grill, gas grill, picnic area, compost bins, and raised garden bed.
