Recently we’ve been receiving calls and emails from individuals concerning a lawsuit with Trailer Made LLC. According to these people, when they have called and spoken to a representative at Trailer Made and mentioned our name, they were told that Trailer Made LLC was suing Tiny Home Builders because Tiny Home Builders had stolen their tiny house trailer design. This struck us as odd, since we were unaware of any such lawsuit and we have been making our trailer design since 2010, and selling it since 2013. When we looked up the corporate records of Trailer Made LLC, they haven’t even been in business that long. So if you are told by Trailer Made LLC that they are suing us, can you ask them where they filed the paperwork, because we’d like to know!
