There are fruit trees, grapes, and room to garden - you help, you share. Must be low-key, no smoking, no drugs and no aggressive dogs. We are wanting someone to help around the property 30 hours / mo. in exchange for rent or $400 / mo.. If you want to install water line, then municipal water can be provided.
