Off-grid space on 2+ forest acres. Shopping is 7 miles away. This is an 1840's gold mining ghost town with most of the mining features still in place. We want to preserve these; but there is plenty of room and wilderness to stretch and explore an outdoor lifestyle. Property is behind a locked gate with a house on the front 2 acres. There are fruit trees, grapes, and room to garden - you help, you share. Must be low-key, no smoking, no drugs and no aggressive dogs. We are wanting someone to help around the property 30 hours / mo. in exchange for rent or $400 / mo.. If you want to install water line, then municipal water can be provided.
